Terms of Service

Scope

This document applies to WotPan AI on every platform it is offered on: mobile apps (Android and iOS), the web, and the desktop versions to come, together with the services they use (the "Service").

1. Agreement

By downloading, opening or using WotPan AI you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. If you use it for an organisation, you accept these terms for it.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age where you live if that is higher. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

3. Your content

What you make is yours. You keep all rights to the photos, videos, text and audio you edit or create. We don't claim ownership of it, and because projects stay on your device, we don't see them.

You're responsible for having the rights to everything you use, and for what you share.

4. Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. Don't use the Service for anything illegal, to harm or deceive people, or to infringe anyone's rights; don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse it or its servers.

5. AI features

AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to others' results. Check them before relying on or sharing them. Some AI features use third-party services (see the Privacy Policy) and may be limited or unavailable at times.

6. Included materials

Effects, filters, fonts, stickers and templates in the app may be used in what you make, under the License Agreement. GIF stickers come from GIPHY and follow GIPHY's terms. Online music and sound effects come from Jamendo and Freesound under CC0, CC BY or public-domain licences: CC BY ones must be credited (the app copies the credit when you add one). Open-source components are listed in the Open Source Software Notice.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Keep copies of work that matters to you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, WotPan AI isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access to online features if these terms are seriously broken.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes will be shown in the app, and the date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
