Delete your WotPan AI account and data

WotPan AI keeps your profile, projects and media on your own device. If you sign in (with Google, or with your email on the web editor), our server keeps only your account: your Google account ID, email, name and photo link, or for email your address and a one-way hash of your password, the profile photo you chose (if any) and your WotPan ID. You can delete everything yourself, right away, in the app. You can also ask us to delete anything we hold about you.

1 Delete it now, in the app

Open WotPan AI and tap Me, then Settings.
Tap Manage Account → Deactivate or delete account.
Choose Delete account. Tick Also delete all my projects to remove your projects and their media too.

This takes effect immediately and can't be undone. Uninstalling the app also removes everything it stored on that device.

2 What's deleted

Immediately (in the app): your Google sign-in account on our server (Google ID, email, name, photo link, your chosen profile photo) and its sessions; your profile (name, photo, bio, gender, links, WotPan username, email), linked-account details, blocked users and settings. With the projects option, all projects, drafts and their media too.
Web editor: files you add stay in your browser and are never uploaded. Closing the tab clears them. A web sign-in account (Google or email) can be deleted on the website (your profile → Delete account), in the app if you use the same Google account, or on request, below.
By request (below): anything we hold about you, such as your emails to support, deleted within 30 days.
Anonymous usage statistics: the app sends a random install ID (not a phone or advertising ID) with the platform, app version, country and when the app is open. Deleting your account in the app gives it a new ID, unlinked from the old one. Turn them off any time in Settings → Share anonymous usage statistics.
Not stored by us: photos sent to our cloud AI tools are processed and not kept by WotPan. Replicate, which processes them, keeps requests only briefly under its own policy. App stores also report anonymous totals to us.

3 Ask us to delete your data

Use this if you can't use the app any more, or want us to confirm deletion. The form opens your email app with the request written for you. Nothing is sent until you press Send, and this page doesn't store or upload anything.

Your email app should now be open with the request. Press Send to submit it. We'll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Within 30 days: anything we hold about you is deleted, and we email you when it's done. We may need to check that the request comes from you.
